The Branch Membership Renewal Form includes details of the public liability insurance you automatically receive whilst you are a member of the Pony Club. To continue your membership, please print out the form, complete it and return it to Carol-Anne Harrison together with your remittance. Please remember that in order for the insurance to be continuous and in order to be considered for Area competitions you must renew before 31 January 2012. Don't forget to complete the Gift Aid declaration if you are a tax payer, as this makes a big difference to our funds.

Due to the large number of rallies and events we put on, the cost of providing first aid at all these events has risen dramatically and therefore there will be a £5 charge per family to cover the provision of all our first aid boxes and to help with the cost of first aid training. Please add this to your remittance when returning your membership form. Please also complete and return a Horse/Pony Details Form, which has proved very helpful for discipline heads/instructors when compiling teams etc.

Membership cards will be issued at the Parents Meeting on Saturday 25 February 2012. If you are unable to attend that meeting, please enclose an SAE and the membership card will be posted to you. Membership cards are required at all General Rallies you attend and need to be signed by the instructors.
