Booking Rallies

1.Plan ahead, book into rallies in good time, enter the dates in your diaries

2.Return your rally slip with the appropriate fee to the organiser by the date requested.

3.Cheques should be made payable to SC&SH PC.

   Please send separate cheques for each fixture, even as amounts are small, as this greatly helps the accounting.

4.If you have to withdraw let the organiser know as soon as possible as there may be a waiting list. Refunds cannot be guaranteed unless we can fill your space.

5.If you need to ring the organiser for times please do so between 7 and 10pm on the night before. Do not leave your number on the answer phone as you will not be rung back.

6.Let the organiser know if you are sharing transport as this might affect the planning of groups.

Attending Rallies

1.Arrive in good time so that you are ready to ride at the start of your session.

2. Introduce yourself to the rally organiser.

3.At the end of your ride please thank your instructor.

4.Do not muck out at rallies. Take the necessary equipment for removing droppings etc from parking areas before you leave. Many people give freely of their venue but do not appreciate having to clear up behind you.
